Coaches, Trainers, and Consultants
COACH
A Coach's primary responsibility is to guide agents in developing productivity of new and experienced associates who want to achieve the Capper Level and a sustainable businesses. They work in conjunction with the Chief Growth Officer, to collaborate with KWPP’s Leadership Team and utilize the Growth Initiative to recruit new and experienced Agents and support them in their development through Programs presented by the Growth & Development Department and the Market Center training calendar. They are skilled in proven strategies that have helped agents realize their potential and offer accountability to help measure the implementation of systems and models that can be used to help the agents reach the success they desire. They view learning as the foundation of an Agent's success for their business and assist with Group Coaching and one-on-one coaching sessions that provide training, goal-directed activities, and strategies for personal growth.
TRAINER
A trainer is a professional who provides instruction and guidance to individuals or groups in order to develop their skills and knowledge in a specific subject. They focus on teaching and imparting information.
CONSULTANT
A consultant is a professional who provides expert advice to organizations or individuals in order to help them solve problems or improve their operations. Consultants often bring an outside perspective and provide recommendations based on their expertise and experience.

Operation: PUSH! (Prospect Until Success Happens)
Schedule: Every Tuesday from 5:45 PM at KWPP Large Training Room
Operation P.U.S.H. is an agent workshop designed to provide training and direction of activities geared toward lead generation and business organization. During Career Launch sessions, it serves as the practicum space to allow for the activities required in Career Launch to be completed.

Command your Day - Lead Generation
Schedule: Daily (Monday - Friday, 9 - 10 AM) via ZOOM
Command your Day is a platform for script practice and role-play around current objections and realistic conversations that can be used to help agents gain appointments and leads.

Super Saturday
Super Saturday is designed to give the agent partners added instruction and exposure to key components for growing their business, as well as instruction from ancillary businesses in the industry that are related to Real Estate.

Career Launch Program
The Career Launch Program focuses on training and assisting KWPP Stakeholders with building a solid foundation for success in their Real Estate Sales Business. The techniques, tools, and exercises presented through this 12-Week Program are proven to elevate G&D Agent Partners in the structure towards building a profitable and sustainable business by design.
